My acceleration lab

For this experiment we used accelerometers to measure our acceleration when Running, Hopping, and Skipping.
Me Running Graph:

1. How do the x,y,and z acceleration vary over time? Why?
They were very up and down. There were drops of almost 1 m/s². It dropped then rose
2. What happens over time? Patterns?
It dropped then slowly rose in the V shaped way.
3. Explain the relationship between force and acceleration in your data
The force rose in the beginning and dropped in the end also
4. Compare and contrast data for each individual.
I had the fastest time (<6s), and the highest spikes in both directions(50 and -70).
Me Hopping
1. How do the x,y,and z acceleration vary over time? Why?
There were large positive and negative spikes The average acceleration only rose/ dropped slightly
2. What happens over time? Patterns?
It mostly stays in the same pattern.
3. Explain the relationship between force and acceleration in your data
The force had mostly the same pattern too
4. Compare and contrast data for each individual.

Me Skipping
1. How do the x,y,and z acceleration vary over time? Why?
There really is no discernable pattern. Although, they do both end at about the same acceleration
2. What happens over time? Patterns?
It goes up and down. some times higher others lower
3. Explain the relationship between force and acceleration in your data
The both had positive spikes.
4. Compare and contrast data for each individual.
